Rated “best sportswear” by design magazine Wallpaper, SLVR, the new minimalist line presented by Adidas, features refined sleek designs and tech-sport oriented materials, basic items that are stylish and design forward with a high attention to the fabrication steps involved and details. The collection looks athletic but it’s mainly meant to be streetwear more than high-performance. The focus is on reducing the material expenses and the number of pieces used to make the whole line strongly environmental-friendly. We do believe that simplicity is often a requirement for good design where with good design we mean a product that is a marriage between form and function. Prices are in between the Adidas Originals and the Y-3 (the collaboration with Yohji Yamamoto) ones. The collection is carried by selected stores all around the world and also available online through the Adidas website.
